ARC-6 Hot Wire Tig Bore Cladding System
The ARC-6 Bore Cladder is a 4 axis CNC controlled hot wire TIG welding system. The unique "Roto-Head" allows the Arc6 to clad cylinders of almost any shape with out the need of a positioner. Common shapes include round and oval cylinders. The shape is programmed using linear and circular gcode commands. When a circular command such a G2 is used the Roto-Head (A axis) can be included to keep the torch pointed perpendicular to the cylinder wall. Our vectored ACV can control the arc voltage by moving the position of the torch perpendicular to the current A axis position. The Arc 6 Bore Cladder can also AVC in the Z axis for welding on flat surfaces and it can AVC in the X,Y and Z axis where neither the Vectored AVC or the Z axis AVC alone will work for welding as. This is useful for areas as intersections of flat surfaces and a cylinder wall.
