ARC Specialties Expands to Brazil
ARC Specialties is pleased to announce the formation of a new branch office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This branch will better serve Brazillian customers with local engineering and sales support. ARC has partnered with Tecmetal, a metallurgical consultant firm headed by two local experts in metallurgy, Dr. Annelise Zeemann and Dr. Paulo Roberto Oliveira Emygdio. Tecmetal already has a trained, local technician ready and in place to service the Brazil area.
ARC Specialties is dedicated to providing turnkey solutions to meet the needs of the current manufacturing boom in Brazil. Multiple ARC-05P Bore Cladding units have already shipped to Brazillian clients. Each of the recent units is equipped with the latest control upgrades. These upgrades include touchscreen buttons that switch the system language between English and Portuguese, or switch the units between English and metric. Additionally, a new remote diagnostics feature allows ARC engineers to log into the ARC-05 control system from ARC Specialties world headquarters in Houston, Texas.
President of ARC Specialties Dan Allford along with members of the ARC Sales and Technical Support team have already made visits to Brazil to meet with customers, develop the local branch, and install the first wave of ARC machines.
