That's the gap the ARC-05PL was built to fill.
The ARC-05PL is designed for components up to 40 inches in diameter and weighing up to 5,000 pounds. For many valve, pressure control, and flow control applications, that’s more than enough capacity without moving into the footprint and cost of a larger cladding platform.
What makes the system useful isn’t just its size. It’s that nothing important was sacrificed to make it smaller.
The machine uses the same GTAW hot-wire process that ARC Specialties has been refining for years. Operators still have access to advanced controls, comprehensive weld data logging, servo-controlled torch positioning, and the same family of bore cladding torches used throughout the ARC product line.
