At ARC Specialties we have always welcomed school tours. What was unique about this one is that Johnny Tyler has taken on the responsibility of organizing and hosting these events.

The students saw how we build robots starting in the R&D lab, through design, fabrication, wiring, programming, and commissioning. Afterward, during lunch, the kids talked with the ARC engineers and technicians about possible career paths.

I am a huge fan of exposing kids to the entire world of career opportunities see:

The prime goal of any good leader is to find and train their replacement. For the last few decades, Head Tour Guide was part of my job description. I have officially passed this responsibility to Johnny.

So if your school would benefit from a tour of ARC contact JOHNNY TYLER (not me) 😉 to arrange a visit.
