ARC-05HM Horizontal GMAW Cladder
The ARC-05HM Horizontal GMAW Cladder allows for high deposition rates for ID and OD welding. The system is integrated with a pulsed power supply and Lincoln Electric’s Power Wave Manager Software to provide maximum weld parameter control and process monitoring. ARC 5 PLC controls with touch screen operator interface steers the servo-driven cross slides and headstock with 3-jaw chuck.
ARC-05HV Horizontal and Vertical Bore Cladding System
The ARC-05HV Cladding System has both vertical and horizontal welding capabilities which allow for a variety of welding applications. The system comes standard with two servo-driven, 3-jaw chuck headstocks, and 60” cross slides to provide a quick transition between vertical and horizontal cladding setups. A standard ARC 5 PLC control unit with a touchscreen operator interface controls each setup. With the ARC-05HV, your vertical cladding system and your horizontal cladding system can occupy the same floor space and share the same operator interface.
